Day 1: Tangier - Tetouan - Chefchaouen - Fes

Today, we will take you up from your hotel and bring you to Chefchaouen via the Rif Mountains, where we will enjoy the beautiful scenery. In Chefchaouen, we'll see the medina, which features blue and white lime-washed homes. Then we'll head to Ouazzane, where you'll visit Volubilis, an ancient site with the best preserved Roman ruins. Following the guided tour, we will go to Meknes, where you will see the famed gates. We will arrive in Fes in the late afternoon through Bab el-Mansour, where we will explore the medina and see the best sights before spending the night in a hotel.
Day 2: Fes medina excursion with local guide
Today we explore the city of Fes, one of the oldest imperial cities in the world. We discover the medina El Bali, then the Royal Palace, and the Medersa Bou-Inania, Attarine, as well as the places Nejarine and Mellah (Jewish quarter). Overnight in a nearby hotel.
Day 3: Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga
Today we will go across the Mid-Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifran, cedar trees, and Azrou. After lunch in Midelt, we cross the Atlas Mountains and travel via the Ziz gorges to Erfoud, then finish the day in Merzouga (Erg Chebbi desert), where we will have dinner in a local kasbah. Day 4: Merzouga desert tour
Today we will visit the best of the Merzouga desert, listen to Gnawa music in Khamlia hamlet, explore the Nomad museum in Hassilabiad, and then visit Rissani, where we will have Berber pizza for lunch. In the afternoon, we prepare for a camel trek over the dunes on our adventure desert tour to Merzouga camp. After dinner, we listen to Berber music and then spend the night in a Merzouga desert tent.
Day 5: Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Dades Gorges
Today we will enjoy the sunrise across the sand dunes before continuing on to Tinghir and exploring the Todra gorges. Following that, we will travel to Boumalen Dades, where we will spend the night and explore beautiful rock formations.
Day 6: Dades Valley - Skoura - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
Today we'll go to the Valley of the Roses and see the Skoura oasis, with a detour in Ouarzazate to see the Taourirt Kasbah and Atlas Studios, also known as Moroccan Hollywood. We'll continue on to Ait Ben Haddou, an ancient Kasbah (UNESCO as world heritage). We'll continue on to Marrakech after the guided tour. The 6 day Morocco vacation from Tangier has come to an end.
